OVERVIEW

PPS Pumping Skid 10K, Inert Service, Complete With The Following Major Components:

1. (1) Cryogenic Pump, CV2 for nitrogen service to deliver a flow rate of 10,000 SCFH (1.8 GPM) at 3500 PSI.
    Includes 10 hp motor, High flow pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, pressure switch, drive pulleys and belt.

2. Drive: 1.2” stroke

3. Cold End: 1.2” Piston

4. Available Voltage: 208, 240, 440, 380 and 575

5. (1) Ambient Air Vaporizer, 12,000 scfh, 1/2” SS tubing, 3600 PSI maximum allowable working pressure, 4 x 5 vertical configuration

6. (1) Vacuum Trap – Optional

7. (1) Duplex Control Panel to control the manual filling of (2) ea. Manifold. Includes:
     - Gauges: 4” Ashcroft high pressure (SS internals) and 6” Ashcroft compound vacuum (with calibration certifications)
     - Low-Temperature Safety Switch
     - Valves (Rego) – High pressure shut-off, vent and fill

8. (1) Electrical control box –
     - Motor Starters for Cryogenic and Vacuum Pumps
     - Start/Stop, Switch Flow Cryogenic and vacuum pumps
     - Hour meters for cryogenic and vacuum pumps

9. Nema 4 Enclosure

10. (2) Manifolds, Floor mounted 24 cylinder.

11. Pigtails: 36”, 3600 PSI, double braided Teflon hoses with armor cover, CGA – connections.

12. Individual shut off valves each station

13. Cylinder Restraint Rail Assembly

14. Manifold headers painted Bengal Silver, frame Silver Vein.

15. (1) Vacuum Pump, Leybold SV65, rotary vane type pump for inert service

16. (1) Heavy Steel Skid, powder painted finish, painted Silver Vein
